What about Contax Aria (on my shortlist) ? Together with the 45/2.8 pancake lens it is still lighter than a Leica M body ...

The Maxxum 5 was advertised as the smallest SLR available when introduced, and has a wide range of features. Also dirt cheap these days, KEH is practically giving them away.
