Sivoneg Durst M601

I recently acquired a Durst M601 with the Sivoneg carrier, with glass inserts.
The enlarger is cleaning up OK . I have one concern with the tightness when inserting and removing
the Sivoneg Carrier.
It is most tight when inserting initially and when nearly removed.
Any thoughts ?

mine is tight too !
i think that is just the way they are ..

have fun with your new enlarger, it's GREAT !
