Question: Will this convert my Sinar P45 into an 8x10 camera, assuming the lenses I own will cover the 8x10 format?

You will also need a Sinar format change kit. This will include an 8x10 rear frame, and 8x10 ground glass and and 8x10 bellows. Using this standard will allow you to have the 8x10 frame and ground glass centered over the rail. Putting the change kit on a 4x5 rear standard will leave the frame center to the left of the rail.
