I bought a Norma from Kamerastore.com and it’s missing the lever to lock down the fine focusing on the rear standard.

They’re not very customer friendly. Please help with any suggestions.

The locking levers are absent on newer Normas according to Nokton48. Mine has them so it must be older.

I assume you mean yours look like this:

This is normal. As @Focomatter mentioned that was standard in later Normas. I don't think the adjusters on the earlier models aren't supposed to be used a locks, but adjustable tensioners. I believe the later models has a small set screw that could be used to adjust tension.
