well - it had to happen..

I have an evil twin - and he has a weakness for bringing video equipment when he visits...

So here's a video of me fumbeling with my biggest beast - (so heavy) - revieling my lack of knowlegde in doing this...

It is shot during a summer course - all the other people are "students" - mostly only wotking dogitally....

So they were quite impressed..

Fun it was! Can't wait to next summer...

How many languages are spoken in that video?

Tom

mostly danish (ther's a norwegian and a girl from Lithuania present too, but I don't think we hear them...) the text is unimportant..

Always fun hearing Danish people do math with their "fems" "fjers" og "halv-tress'es" =)

What kind of camera is that? Large format but.....what kind of large format was that, the negative carrier looked really large.

I think it is a German field camera - 40x50cm - really heavy.

Looking great Emil. Is it a Reisekamera? :D
Best regards

Big fun to watch, despite the somewhat psychedelic video editing and fast forwards.

I never realized the big size you printed many of your pictures on now visible on the walls... On the other hand, with such a camera, it is more than logical having equal sized contact prints on the wall. Could have known...

Thanks for sharing!

I linked the video in the (there was a url link here which no longer exists) section.

That was great fun to participate in the photosession - at the 2012 course I'll leave all my own cameraes at home, and borrow some of the large formats to play with - now you are warned Emil
Best regards
Niels

The bit I saw was excruciating - Next time do it with an old silent Bolex - I did not get as far the the 16x20" camera being opened

sorry about that - I'll tell my brother he has a long way to go to be a videographer....

(In other words: I'm only to blame for the link....)
