Oh, yes, public interest.
So, when some big media corporation publish street photo in its papers or broadcast video on its tv/cable/sattelite show and make big money it is public interest, and when some photographer make exhibition or publish its photo in some publication or book and earn small money, it is prohibited.
That is how I read phrase "public interest", Michel. Not surprised, after all everything is business, so Supreme court judgement works for big business and has nothing to do with law, rights, etc...
That is or will be in every country in the world, not just Canada or like...
