Shutter for Dagor 168mm f6.8?

got a 168mm Goerz Dagor Anastigmat f6.8 lens, the dial set compound shutter is shot, anyone one know what other shutter I could use? I am loathe to send it to USA for new shutter...

I think mine is in a Rapax shutter. It's an older ser. III version.

Is it a german or american Dagor?

I have the lens cells for a german 168/6,8 Dagor that don't fit in any shutter I've tried. The lens came with a Compur 1 without the shutter mechanism, so only the aperture was usable. It should be possible to have thread adapters made, though.

Mine is a German version. It may have been adapted. The lens seems considerably older than the shutter.

It just covers 8x10".
