I finally put together a shutter tester (using Audacity as the capture software) and noticed some interesting behavior out of a Copal 0. The attached plot shows around 1/500s (nominal) - the primary bounce measures around 1/375s and the secondary 1/1000s - is this the blades bouncing open?
