Show in Hollywood

Though I almost never post here, I know from frequent visits here that many of my acquaintences hang out here.

I am having a small show at The Gallery at the Creative Center for Photography, Freestyle Photographic in Hollywood from Sept. 14 thru Nov.14.

The opening is from 6:00 to 9:00 Thursday Sept. 14.

This is a collection of "vintage" work from the SW, all large format silver prints. Unfortunately none of the work is for sale. All of the prints were loaned for the occasion from museums and collectors. Some of my books will be available.

I hope to see many LF people from the LA area there.

I appreciate that thought Michael. I promise I will try if I think I can make a really knowledgeable contribution. Forums are very seductive. When you work 80 hours a week as I do you have to keep a tight rein on your distractions.

My friend Allen Rumme, Ralph Barker and I are planning a fall LF shooting trip to Chaco Canyon Sept. 29th - Oct 1st . Join us. This is not a workshop. I need more vacations, not more work, but if anyone wants to join us they are welcome.......
