Show-down blues... party time?

In terms of shows I have loved seeing every day, the gathering of great images from APUGgers that is hanging at Belmont Hill School is right up there. Every good thing must end, however, so I want to make the take down details public, in case folks who don't have anything here but would like to gather with us might join in.

I had originally listed the show as ending on the 22nd, but made it the 24th so I could have it just a bit longer. If artists want to pick up the work at any time on Friday the 22nd however - or at any time during the working hours of the following week, that's fine. (We're here from 7:30 to 5 during the week, and the 5 can be stretched a bit.) If you want to come on Sunday, the 24th, we can make a party out of it. Any interest? If no one cares, I'll say 1 to 3 on Sunday the 24th or by PM. Early dinner as a group at Bertucci's?

I have to be in northern NH the following Thursday afternoon, so maybe I can come Wednesday afternoon to pick up my work. That would be the 27th. If you might be interested, I would be able to come up Tuesday and spend some time with some of your students and my 8x10, 5x7, and/or 4x5's. Let me know about this.

Hope you've had some good feedback from students/faculty and parents! Saturday doesn't work for me, but I could probably do an early dinner on Sunday at Bertucci's. Otherwise, I'll pick up my work on Monday if an outing for Sunday doesn't pan out.

Clearly there is no one time that makes sense for people to make any gathering at the end of the show. No problem.

I will work out pick up times with anyone who cares to contact me. So far I'm taking various prints out to meet Gene part way to Springfield - probably Saturday. If you brought your work to him at the VPC, you'll probably have to contact him to get them back if you haven't spoken to me.

I'm bringing Bill's to my house and meeting him there. I'm storing Art's, Jim's and Ed's work (and whomever else wants me to do so) for later pickup.

Drew - do you want to come get your prints or should we arrange an exchange sometime in the future? John? Pete? Michael? I can easily put stuff away or use this as an excuse to have coffee some time. K? Bethe? Suzanne? Ryuji? Larry?

I can still make a time to be here this weekend if that is what you expected and planned for.

Given my proximity to the school, Whitey, I can pick up the prints almost anytime outside of normal business an communiting hours- most weeknights after 6.30 and all weekend. If there is such a time that you will be there for someone else's pickup (perhaps for Suzanne on Sunday), let me know when and I will arrange to be there.

I've just discovered that by saturday, I'll have gone off cape three times this week...and so a 4th trip off to pick up prints...or to do anything isn't going to happen! If Whitey can bury them somewhere or if someone can take them home and we'll meet up later, that would be great. Maybe some coffee on Broad St (great place for architectural photography) in Boston could be set up. Or, if someone would like to keep them, that would be great also. sorry 'bout that.

Gene, is that okay with you? I can pick them up on Monday at VPC, or whenever it is convenient for you, it's a lot easier for me to get to Sprinfield next week than to Boston, I'd really appreciate it...

Hi, sorry I haven't logged in to APUG for many days and I lost track of this and the previous threads. So is there a meeting on Sunday? Or, if this story changed, is there any other person who arranged to pick up work on Sunday? I live in the city and driving out to Belmont after work is a sure way to get stuck in traffic (with my eco-friendly, leg-unfriendly stick shift car), so I prefer Sunday if this isn't a burden. (Sat is also possible.)
