I'd like to offer that if 25% (9 votes) are for digital-inclusion, this would be on the skimpy side to get a whole new MSA off the ground, but it carries the potential to enrich the present one.
There could be one for film and one for digital.
It looks like everyone who would vote has voted, and the results are roughly 2:1 against. But with 10 people voting that digital should be accepted, maybe there would be enough interest for a digital MSA.

Anyone can start a thread. So anyone can start a digital MSA. I probably would not take part, since I take almost no digital photos, so it would make little sense for me to start it.
