Here's the most recent Internet window-into a dear friend's living work.
He doesn't read "dead trees" anymore, but in the early 60s, before he was wounded in Vietnam (where he shot B&W with a Pentax), he had become expert in Soviet Communism via https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gulag_Archipelago and other traditional books.
I only mention Alan's ongoing creation because some folks continue to contribute massively to the value of the Internet. That's Alan's only medium, other than personal presentations at global meetings.
