My Sekonic Dual Spot Meter will no longer cycle out of battery check mode and boot up. In the past it has had intermittent bouts of doing this, but it would always mange to come to life after a minute or two. No longer.
My highly experienced local camera repair technician has had no luck. He called Sekonic for help and was informed that for a modest $300+ that they could possibly remedy the problem for him. No, but thank you anyway.
If you have any suggestions that I could pass along to my repair tech before we deem the unit dead I would appreciate it. Thanks!
