i will go in Tokyo in september and i am looking for a shop named SAKAI CAMERA TRADE with an internet website down JAPANKAMERA.COM in Saitama near Tokyo in Japan
i discover it on ebay

but i would like to find the localisation to go by myself

It is likely that this Ebay seller is selling from a private location and actually does not have any physical store you could visist. I searched the web in Japanese and could not find any reference to a "real" camera shop of that name in Saitama. The easiest would be to send him an Email and ask if he has a shop that you can visit.
