Never had them before, but now I'm getting scratches on OHP (similar to pictorico) as it comes out of the printer (epson 4000). I cannot figure it out. Any ideas? Thank you.

not without more info like spacing, relation to the print head travel, pin holes or continuous lines, or other details. Does this happen with all the paper feed choices?

Continuous scratches, uniformly spaced, appear to be on base side, running perpendicular to print heads, have no idea about other media as I only have ever used OHP. Never happened before, only just recently.

I don't have an Espon 4000, but I would check for gunk in the paper path. Did you change any settings like the platen gap? Also, I assume they aren't there before you feed the paper through.

I don't recall if thre are star ("pizza") wheels that contact the base side. Maybe one has become stuck -- not spinning and so creating continuous scratches.
