Schneider Variogon 45-100 Leica R mount

Hello all,
I have a 2 questions actually:
1. Does anyone know where I might find mount number 14 (Leica R) for this lens? I have the Nikon mount already, but would love to use this on my Leicaflex SL.
2. Who might be a good choice to have this lens serviced? Schneider-Kreuznach has told me no.

What about Focal Point - John Van Stelton? Not sure of pricing and have never used them. Just know the name from forums like this.
