This amazing lens isn't getting used, and I have other lenses for LF & ULF, so it is time to find a new home where it can be put to work. 
As far as I understand, this is the last, most desirable version of this lens, which is considered one of the finest large format lenses ever made.
The condition is excellent. Glass is clean and clear, no scratches, no fungus, no haze, and for its age, not much internal dust. The lens body presents very well, with no major signs of wear (the phone photos when magnified emphasize some dust on the body and show a gritty look that is not there). The only cosmetic issue of note is the little plastic grip on the cocking lever is bent/warped out of shape. The aperture blades are dry and move smoothly. The shutter sounds pretty good to my ear, but this mostly sat on a shelf for decades, so you might consider a shutter service. Includes the retaining ring. Unfortunately I don't have front or rear caps, but I will protect this very well for shipping.

This is lower than recent sale prices for the less desirable ("Schneider Corp. of America") versions. Several of the well-known Japanese camera shops on ebay have this lens listed for $3200-$3700, though I don't know whether anyone is actually paying that much.
