Not sure that buying film will be top of the priority list for a lot of people at the moment!

Would imagine that those that do stocks will be waiting till the markets bottoms out and then start buying up.......guess the problem will be how long that goes for.
I just stocked up and should have enough film, paper and chemistry to last till next year. Probably have plenty of time to use it to as work has grinned to nearly a halt, will be just plodding along till its all over.

A lot of things we've taken for granted are grinding to a halt this week. It'll all start up again whenever the COVID-19 tests and antiviral are developed and available to all, but the market bottom may be shockingly low. I'm guessing the Dow will go down as far as 10-15K. There's more to life than the stock market though. If we want to keep Kodak going, buy plenty of film and take lots of pictures of our new normal. Of course, social distancing might call for longer lenses.

It won't be delisted unless NYSE (which is just a business) decides there's insufficient trading revenue. The stock would have to become uninteresting to traders.

There's a selloff panic of all kinds of stocks right now. Maybe people fear that film is only used by fossils on cruise ship trips. The truth is, we film fossils can't afford both film and a cruise ship trip. They sound boring anyway. Who needs a new virus when cruises already have norovirus, run into reefs and docks, and tip over top-heavy.

Now is the time to buy stock at fire sale prices.

The Chinese are opening up their markets again. Apple is opening their phone stores across China. If our problem with this is short lived like that, the markets will rebound as companies go back to work. On the other hand, if the virus shuts down the economy for months and months, then we're really in for economic problems and a very low DOW.

Place your bets.

The good news is that Kodak stocks are not affected by the current crisis. Boeing on the other hand is going down faster than a Max 7.

As a Boeing retiree, I wouldn't mind Boeing filing for bankruptcy at all. Then my pension payments would be taken over by the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC).

PS Before anyone asks/comments, my pension benefit isn't large enough, nor am I young enough, that the benefit would be reduced after PBGC took it over.
