My cup runneth over!
Just after I had finally tracked down one of these magnificent devices, a second one came into my life. Given the amazingly robust design, I figure I don't really need to keep a spare. The only "problem" is that the holder-upper spring seems a little weak compared to the one I'm keeping, so the blade assembly is slightly wiggly in the up position, but it does stay up and once down it doesn't matter, that's when you want it to be stable. Beyond that it's in excellent, though not new, condition, and will probably outlive your grandchildren.
$100 plus shipping (about 17 pounds from 01864) via PayPal gift or the moral equivalent thereof. I expect to be at the PHSNE show in Wakefield, MA around opening time this coming Saturday morning (25 Sep), if you're there we can do the deal in person and save you shipping and me packing.
