Same lens, different zernikes to zero aberration correction, final images

For example

We have summicron at our computer lens design software.

Our computer uses zernike 1,2,3,4 for to correct the all aberrations on the film plane .

Same computer uses zernike 4,5,7,8 for to correct the all aberrations on the film plane for another generation.

At the end , there is no aberration on the film plane for these lenses.

Do the signatures be different ?

If yes , there is no meaning of MTF test.
