is there any way to use dead fiber paper... i mean does go brown.... but thats about it... i feel bad about chucking it, so i thought i could get some suggestions

Depending on the paper, you may be able to use it for lith printing. I have decades old Portriga Rapid (1980s) and Brovira (1970s) paper that starts to develop if I just put a sheet in regular developer without even exposing it.
But with lith chemistry I can get really nice results from it.

Some papers work for lith. Others don't. What do you have?

mostly agfa, pearl and semi matte i think (i assume that's what you meant)

I suppose it could be -- but I have never come across "Pearl" or "Semi-matte" as descriptions of surfaces for fiber paper -- only RC. But I have been wrong before!
