I have posted inquiries about this thing before. And I a guilty as heck for not having moved faster on this project. But the Saltzman 8x10 is still in pieces. AND it is missing the counterweights! I wonder if anyone who has one of these things could send me the dimensions and weight of the counterweights. I want to try to make my own counterweights. Probably out of bars of 60/40 tin/lead solder.. Or I can just guestimate the weight. The size will be determined by the inner diameter of the main column.
