Things are really up in the air. What is the cut off date?

Cut-off to sign-up: May 31
To mail prints: July 31

I assume there will be a few stragglers wanting in at the last minute and these will be accomodated if possible.

Wow, we've got a bunch already!

There will be a new rule this go around. Since this is round 5 you may be paired up with someone you have traded prints with before, but I am electing not to move anyone from now on unless you have been in the same group twice before.

Moving one person isn't a big deal, but I moved 4 people last go around and everytime I move someone I have to make sure I am not making more "already traded" matches (this sentence made sentence in my head, but hopefully you can catch my drift) and as many have done multiple trades this will probably too big of a headache this time.

Any problems with this, just let me know.
