Rough Science camera program

I been watch a PBS program called "Rough Science". It is an english produced
program that challenges a group of scientist to produce projects use only
available raw material on an island. One of the projects was to make
a "castaway camera" and film from scratch.

It was really fun to watch even if the camera was a qualified success and
the film a definite failure.

I've seen the show a couple times. Pretty cool.
Island is off the coast of Malta I think? (at least the shows I watched)
