Hey guys,

Is the number 3 close up good? I'm motivated to get a Rolleinar Bay 2 number 3 for my 3.5F camera. This after I found out the proper install on the lens of T model. I went on the web, and there seems to be a mixed bag of opinions of the number 3 lens. Can anyone comment on this if they have one or have used it?

I've only used the Bay 2 II. It produced stunning results and exceeded my expectations.

The III would be too close for me. I can imagine handling the parallax with it may be a challenge. I am guessing issues people have are primarily around handling?

Same as Brian here -- #2 is plenty close for me, and depth of field handheld (which is how I like to use these) would be really thin.

Awesome close ups!! yhea.. I think I'll let it go. KEH sometime has these show up on their radar. The number 2 seems to be optimal. Thanks for the info.
