I am selling my Rollei SL35 with the superb Schneider-Kreuznach 50mm f1.8 prime both in very good condition. The camera was made in Singapore and the lens was made in Germany.
The camera is working perfectly, including the meter, and has been recently film tested. You will need a 1.3 V Wein Cell for accurate meter readings (not included), or use a battery adapter (I do), or use an external meter and good photographic technique sense to set the exposure. The lens is also working perfectly, and has clean, clear, scratch-free glass, with no haze or other issues (snappy iris action). There are a few minute specks of dust on the lens, some possibly internal, but it takes a bright flashlight to see them. The camera has been film tested and it yields excellent results.
The SL35 was one of the finest 35mm SLR's of the 1970's and it can also be regarded as a compact and light SLR. Not as small and light as say the OM-1 or Pentax MX, but akin to it. The Schneider-Kreuznach 50mm f1.8 is an uncompromising prime lens that holds its own with the best!
