Here's a really nice Rolleiflex Pistol Grip - sold
The piece that mounts to your camera can be removed (with a screwdriver from grip handle) and used as a tripod quick release.
When using a tripod, it's recommended that you use one of these Rollei tripod quick releases to take stress off of the camera's tripod mount. The tripod mount is part of the aluminum rear door, and can be deformed - that's why Rollei made the QR.
