Has anyone ever had their Rolleiflex lens separation repaired and is it worth the cost? How much would you pay for a 2.8 D with a planar lens with separation? The overall camera looks in good condition.

I'd save leave it alone (if you already own it) - the value takes a bit of a significant hit, but photos will be fine

Repair of separation is VERY expensive and will likely cost whatever you were to pay for the camera.
It's not a difficult task mechanically but realignment of the separated elements is so critical that not
too many people take it on.
