Does anyone know if the film advance handle for a 2.8E is the same as other models and where I could get one? I just submitted a low offer on a 2.8E that's missing the handle and it was accepted. Although because of the speed it was accepted makes me believe it maybe bogus but I am protected through ebay.

Yes, same. Give or take. I think that the handles were made with the inner opening slightly small and that they were meant to be filed to fit.
Kohs camera is sending me out one.
Great. Be sure that he includes a pin. You can use cork for the 'springs in the lower openings.
