The hardware is original, and the leather has been replaced by a leather craftsman.

And I had the craftsman add an extra strap end keeper - because it keeps things tidier.

The benefit of this is that you get original alligator clips - not the cheap nock-off ones, and you get replaced leather that is not old, dried out, and prone to breaking.

I have a Rolleiflex T and a 3.5F, will it fit either of those?

Looks like you want a Rolleiflash with a Bay I for the Rolleiflex T and a size Bay II for the 3.5F, and a Sylvania #5 blue flash bulb and Nicole Kidman to complete the setup. You also need the 22v battery - those are about $22 on eBay.
