Once I insert fully charged batteries I can switch on the camera. But if turn shutter speed dial it does not indicate on the display, and if I press the shutter button it doesn’t work either. Even I tried mirror lockup and changing metering modes nothing works.

A single strand of 22 gauge wire will show continuity with an ohm meter and correct voltage with a volt meter but it will not carry enough current to operate anything.
You likely have weak battery contacts inside the camera or the battery packs.
Time to take it to a repair shop.

The battery pack OP purchased is a mistake I fell into as well. As far as I am concerned, those battery packs are a complete waste of money and time. The seller thinks they're great. Mine were a complete fail and the seller was totally unhelpful, blaming not his product... but you guessed it: the purchaser. Gee.... that's effective?
There are two ways that work: 1) the route IC-Racer suggests in this thread, and 2) the replacement pack given in post # 2. Don't waste your time or more of your money with failed alternatives: 1) Buy a genuine Rollei battery case, and 2) Re-pack it yourself or with the assistance of a friend who can solder the connections for you. You only need to do this once every couple of years,, it's easy, it takes no more than 30 minutes, and it's reasonably cheap. You WILL need a battery charger... but read the articles IC_RACER has posted on this.

I had the cells in my battery pack replaced by Mr Paepke in Düsseldorf, Germany. http://paepke-fototechnik.de/eng/service.html He uses NiMH cells with the right rating for the Rolleiflex and the price was very reasonable. The camera works fine.

For NiMH cells the recommended Rollei Charger is the 'Charger N'. The old 'Charger G' is only fit for NiCad and the 'Charger C' will do but its electronics complicate things and the discharge function should not be used with NiMH cells. I also use a Maha charger. Now not available anymore I believe but it works fine with MiMH.

I would like to test the lipo solution mentioned by ic-racer for my 6008 Integral but I wonder if the voltage of a 3-cell lipo is not too high: it is 11.1V while the rollei batteries are 9.6v?
