Rolleicord IV in good condition and everything is working. Speeds, blades look good. Upon further inspection I can see what maybe fungus in the viewing lens. They look like snowflakes, but the taking lens looks good. There is also a small dent on the bottom corner but doesn't interfere with the door opening and closing or latching.

Just a note to anyone out there looking for a budget way to get into the Rollei TLR thing, the Rolleicord is a great bargain. It lighter than a ‘flex but the image quality is outstanding.

I personally think the xenar in the cord is even better than the tessar in the flex

I have a Rolleiflex Automat with the Xenar and agree that the quality is just outstanding. I don’t miss having a Tessar at all.

I have owned a Rolleicord IV for over 30 years. It is a wonderful lightweight medium format camera. Great walk-around MF camera/ Early on I had a brighter screen installed for easier focus. Nice deal if all of this is legitimate.

I have inserted the correct photos and noted a couple of minor defects I saw upon closer inspection. I will offer a refund if the camera is not what you expected as stated in first post.

I am starting to think that a little fungus in the viewing lens is the standard for Rolleis. I've always seen it wipe off cleanly, but it is usually on an inside surface so disassembly is required. A simple job. And it's the viewing lens- not an issue in use.
