Many broken or un-tested Rollei 35 cameras on ebay can be used for parts.
Having said that I did once find a brand new top shell for my camera on ebay, but don't bet on getting any new parts unless you search for years.

Nice camera collection you have there. That used to be me, now it's just two cameras w/ one lens each. I have no idea how it happened, nor do I know how I ended up w/ so many in the first place.

You might try getting in touch with any camera service that's been in business for a few years. I doubt
that anyone's going to advertise the ring maybe just a parts camera. It will be tedious.
