I'm super tired as I'm writing this so I'm keeping it brief.

This summer, I shot and processed my first superpan 200, mainly to see how well a vivitar pn2011 could handle 200 speed bw film. While the results turned out pretty good, I had this strange webbing effect happen on a few frames. I used hc110 Dil. B, and it was just these frames that were affected, and they came straight out of the tank like that.
for reference, they were frames 8,9, 25, and 29-31 (out of 40 total frames).
Anyone know what this is? I'd like to use this film again.

Bubbles on the film surface. Probably not enough chemistry. Fill the tank to cover the reels plus some more.

Bubbles - likely from not washing out your tank/ reels well enough and/ or insufficient solution. Some wetting agents can, with the right developer, act as development accelerators.

It's been a while, but it's not uncommon for that to happen when I develop film. This is the only time that happened.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume this is what happened.
