Rollei Retro 100 nee Agfa

I had Ag send me a roll of this to sample as at just over £1.25 for a 36 roll it seemed very tempting. Has anyone used it at less than box speed and if so by how much and as far as developing it goes I thought Rodinal?

I get fine results when shooting it at 100 and develop in Rodinal 1+50 for 13'. Agfa suggested EI 125/160* when using this dilution. IMHO, there's no reason to shoot it at less than 100.

Ditto to Anon Ymous. I've shot it in 120...it's nice film.

Shooting at less than rated speed is pulling, I'm assuming?

Yes, with Rodinal I found it to be very nice - EI 100. I didn't make notes on dilution [it would be 1+50 or 1+100 for me] nor time. I think this film is rather tolerant of varying conditions. See Massive Developing Chart. I found the contrast and tonality exactly to my liking. The negatives were very easy to print.

I have used a lot of this stuff both 135 and 120. One of my favourites. I rate it at 100 and use Rodinal 1+50 for 10:00 at 20c. You can find some of my photos taken on Dead Link Removed
