Hello, My question pertains to liquid emulsion Rollei makes. The problem is when I use the emulsion for the first time whether it be RBM2(high contrast) or RBM3(VC) the images seem to come out sharp and does its job. But the second and third use of the emulsion the contrast drops and I lose detail. Why is that? I don't want to shake the bottle but some times I tip it upside down and back over a few times, but that doesn't appear to help. Could over heating hurt the emulsion in any way? I also don't store the emulsion the the refrigerator because a lot of times I print the very next day. It's very frustrating that over half the emulsion doesn't work the way I want it too. Please help thank you.

When the emulsion does its job at first use, I think the problem you mentioned does not lay in fabrication. Maybe you are heating the whole bottle every time you are pouring? It is better to heat only the portion you need exactly for one job. Also overheating can damage the emulsion. And storing in a refrigerator is a better way. A wrong safe light can also cause damage.
