Rollei R3 4 x 5 film

hi there, I'm thinking of buying Rollei R3 4 x 5 black n white film....anyone have any thoughts on it?????...and YES it is available over here in Europe...in the UK to be exact....they say to develop it with D-76

To the latest statement by Maco (the Company behind the Rollei R3) they have stopped further production of the R3 sheet film and have no more own stocks. So you are likely to enter a dead end street.

I think I have a few boxes in my fridge. Actually, I don't like the stuff, not at all. It's not at all surprising to me that it is discontinued.

The rollei R3 was expensive...

If you are new to 4x5 try the inexpensive adox sheets or the freestylephoto arista 4x5.
