Hi,

Does anyone here have a Rolle P11 slide projector? Yesterday I removed the larger 6x6 glass element inside, and I'm not sure if I got it all the way back in.

It's a little hard to describe here, the other elements slip under the orange bar that moves to take them in and out. But this larger piece doesn't seem to fit all the way under. It does latch in, but the top lid doesn't close perfectly flush with it in place.

If you have one, let me know, and maybe you can help me figure this out?

Thanks!

That big element is the condenser. It must be centric to the optical axis of the projector.
This is achieved when the orange locking bar arrests in the respective slit in the board holding the condenser.

EDIT:
I see, the problem instead seems to be that case at the most right position... Anyway the above applies on this case too.

It's in the groove, and it even locks in place when I return the orange bar back. But it doesn't fit underneath the the bar as I would expect.

Maybe if I removed one of the other glass pieces first so that it could go in at an angle?

Can someone send a picture of what theirs looks like?

I got no P11, but maybe you inserted that case upside down?

Thank you! It was good to see exactly what it should look like.

Have you needed to do anything to keep the rubber gear working?

I've had the whole thing apart and it's still a pain in the ass. I'm always getting jammed slides and I only use glass mounts. I actually just bought another one so hopefully, it works better.
