Rollei Nikor 67 Dichro Head Problem

The first time I go to use this enlarger I notice a lack of color shift when trying out the head's filters. Any ideas on how to fix this?

First make sure the white light lever is in the down position.

Where is this lever located? Is there a manual somewhere? I've never used a color enlarger.

On my LPL enlarger, the lever is on the lower left side. The purpose of the white light lever is to remove the filters from the light path for easier focusing and composition.

Some have a small white knob below the three big ones.
