Comes with the original wrist strap, carrying case, flash and front lens cap. Also comes with aftermarket ND filter, red filter and battery adapter to give proper voltage to meter which also appears to be accurate.
I was told the film advance was upgraded to brass from plastic as well. FYI this is a zone focus camera if you are not familiar with these.
