Rodinal

On page 54: Sammlung Fotografischer Rezepte (U. Raffay) is also a Rodinal type developer. Raffay is more carefull in the description how to handle and making the developer. Recommended! But only in German language available.

Think that is the same as in "Wissenschaftliche und Agewandte photographie" 1955.

A rodinal type developer can be made using either potassium or sodium hydroxide. A developer made with sodium hydroxide is somewhat softer working. This is due to the higher photographic activity of potassium salts.

Strong acids and bases should always be added to the water rather than the other way around. The recipe in Jack's Specs is wrong in this respect and can result in enough steam being generated to cause a serious splatter. This developer needs to be made using Pyrex glass containers and stirrers rather than plastic. Always wear safety goggles/shield when making this developer.

No link on the net but I have the book:

15ml Water dest.
75ml Potassiumsulfite 45%
5,5g p-Aminiphenol (not Hydrochloride)
4,0g Potassiumhydroxide
1,0g Potassiumbromide
2,0g EDTA-4Na

Fill up till 100ml.

About making the hydroxide:
Made under water cooling externally, eye protection, take care about skin etc. as warning.

Exchange of EDTA-4Na for Fotoplex 1 is possible.

I think some fog suppressing is done via the KBr and smaller grain is done by adding some Potassiumsulfite.

Note: Hopefully no translation mistakes from German to English (I am not a native English guy) however Dutch is pretty simmilar to German language.
