It also works exceptionally well with Tmax 100. It's a combination I used for about 20 years.

This is a combo I have suspected might be great although I mostly use it in 4x5 which I process using a Jobo. What dilution ratio do you typically use?

Thanks Ian. I have understood the text. Rather I would like to know whether you have personal experience mixing two-bath using Rodinal+hydroquinone.

I thought you might be querying the weights :D

No I've not tried it and don't have or use Rodinal any more. LLooking at the mixture it's rather a strong developer by modern standards, back then negatives were processed to much higher contrast and density for short times in a tray.

I switched to Pyrocat HD about 10 yeras ago which is like Rodinal on steroids :

When I used Rodinal it was at 30ml per litre for normal shooting, 1 to 25 for N+2 and 1 to 50 for N-2. I process my 5x4's in Jobo 2000 tanks which are pre-rtary inversion tanks. In 35mm I found the results from Tmax 100 & APX100 virtually identical, the only difference was I shot APX100 at 100 EI and Tmax100 at 50 EI.

Pyrocat HD seems not really available here in Germany.

I may get raw chemical for scratch mix but nothing really for ready mix :-(

I found a web-page that give the values to convert to grams and to liters.

Thanks, I am pretty much sticking to Xtol 1+1 for TMX rotary, love that combo.
