Andrew, I can't answer your question about those particular films/developers, but for what it's worth I develop FP4 in HC 1:31, 8 mins at 20 degrees centigrade. I do believe that running with more than 500ml of solution in the big 3005 drums really puts a strain on the CPP motor, so I would be warry of adding any more than that in your cycle. As for the number of sheets, I dump 500ml of solution after processing 5 sheets of 10x8; I reckon that it's not worth the risk of poor development after the hard work of shooting LF, especially when you compare the cost of film to chemicals.
