Hello all, does anyone know how to disassemble a Rodenstock Trinar 3.5 enlarging lens?

I've had this lens bouncing around in my box of stuff for a while when I got it as part of lot of photographic bits n' bobs on a local auction site. I want to use it for some experimental photography but unfortunately it has a big old gob of fungus right in the middle and I'd like to try and clean it as best I can.

I think I need to remove the front ring and get everything out that way as the back looks to be glued in but as everything is plastic I don't want to start forcing things lest I break them.
