At 1:1 reproduction: This lens can cover film as large as 14x18 inches. Focused to infinity: This lens can cover an 8x10 inch camera with a coverage circle of about 318 millimeters, but people who have used this lens believe the coverage is bigger than 318mm and has an inch movement for 8x10 format at F22 (optimal aperture).

It’s a barrel lens - no shutter. Any idea what the thread dims are on the cells so I can see if the shutters I own would fit?

I have seen this kind of lens in Copal 3 shutter, but this barrel lens cannot be mount to a Copal 3 shutter directly without modification. I am not sure about the thread, you may judge it from pictures below. Thanks!
