I got the email about his passing early last week after he died the previous weekend. I really liked his photography and his personality. Bought his (signed) book during the Kickstarter campaign he did a few years ago. Raised over $40k. (Dead Link Removed). Seeing what unsigned copies are asking now I'm glad I did! But it was a special book to me even before his death so I cannot see selling it now.

His photos of Coney Island are wonderful. Lots of great stuff to view on his website under the Portfolios area:

Belated response: One of my favorite. His Coney Island work is inspiring. I I go at least once a year to Coney because it's such a photographers paradise.
