I've an RH ZoneMaster and I've used it couple of times, but recently when I switch it on, the buttons will lit, the screen would blink, but that's it. Pressing clear or calibrate doesn't do anything and the display is pretty much dead. I replaced the battery with another fresh one with no luck. I tried to contact RH Design with no luck, and apparently according to SecondHandDarkroom, they are closed and relocating now. I'm based in California, USA and I was wondering if someone knows who can inspect/fix it?

I had similar trouble with the process master. I found the circuit board was tightened too much so there was tension on the board which seemed to mess with the foil-keys mechanism. Open it up and loosen the screws that hold the PCB in place ab bit. At least that solved it for me.
