Hi,
Is there anyone who has experience with the combination of a Zonemaster II (and Stopclock Pro) and the Meopta Meograde VC-head?
I have been spending some time to calibrate the Zonemaster exposure for use with the Meopta Meograde and got (for Ilford MGIV RC Glossy) the following sequence:
Grade / Correction factor
0 / 10
1 / 8
2 / 5
3 / 0
4 / -12
5 / -12
I calibrated using 1/4th stop first; then refined using 1/12th stop. Still doing the contrast calibration.
Has anyone found similar readings? I would also be interested in readings for the Ilford FB paper. I know that darkroom procedures differ but would like to get a better feeling for what is average.
Thanks, Hans

Those figures look fine Hans. Everyone's methods and equipment, not to mention interpretation and opinion of what's "right" in a print, are different so it's hard to define an "average". The important thing is that if it works for you then it's probably correct .

Thanks Richard. Working with this combination takes some getting used to, but the first results are very promising.
Hans
