I found one of these on sale for what seems like a decent price, but I'm wondering what it is capable of. It doesn't seem to be listed on the RH Designs web page.

The ZoneMeter was a fairly simple device which indicated optimum exposure and grade based on highlight and shadow readings. You place the meter in a highlight and adjust the lens aperture so that a single LED lit, then place it in a shadow area and read the grade according to how many more LEDs lit. It was not related in any way to the ZoneMaster, apart from in name, and we discontinued it around ten years ago. Parts may not be available now.

Thanks for the helpful responses. I decided to go with an Analyser Pro (ulp).
