I have 1-Reflex and 1- Reflex s models and all lenses and filters, and I haven't taken a photo yet. I am especially interested in Lens Shutter repair and double exposure using the Reflex's'.

Good luck with your Retina Reflex camera! If it has not been CLA recently you have very slim chances.
Mechanically, they are extremely complicated cameras.
For Retina repair video there is no better Master than Chris Sherlock: https://www.youtube.com/@ChrisSherlock
Chris was the last guy to offer repair of those Reflex cameras and he retired recently but, he is still making HowTo videos.

I agree with gorbas ... for Retina's you go with Chris.
I have taken apart Retina's and also a Reflex ... took the entire shutter down to bits with the help of his video's ... it is interesting how Kodak changed this up from your typical leaf shutter.

I agree, Chris Sherlocks videos are amazing. I work on the pure manual Reflex and S model only.... By the way, do you post your photos to the form, as I like to see camera settings, film, and exposures...Thanks for replying to a rookie, Cheers

Earlier this year I was so happy to discover that lenses from Retina IIIc/C could be used on Retina Reflex. From my first roll I had handful of "usable" shots. Main problem was erratic operation of back shutter. It was out of sync with rest of the camera. Mainly it will not fully close after main shutter action. I had such high hopes to be able to use those 35 and 80mm lenses, that are pure pain to be used on IIIC.

He does not do Retina Reflex of any kind, just regular models.

You are right, though I wonder why as the Retina Reflex does not seem more complex than the other models.
I'm pretty clumsy, but I managed to replace the prism in my Reflex without any great difficulty following Chris Sherlock's guidance.
Also not hard to open up the Compur shutters for light cleaning.

That is great news connealy! Congratulation! My plan is to liberate the whole lens and shutter assembly from the Reflex body.

Yeah Paul does repair.
Here is a memo from chris on lenses. My research and collection is Model S is Xenar type lens fit II,IV,IIIs,III, and instamatic. Retina is Xenon , dkl base fits IIc,IIC,IIIC- I also found a 2x accura diamatic extender....Made my Retina tele Zenar 200mm f4.8 into a scope that can view the moon...its fantastic. Love Schneider Lens.

Thank you! I have one unoperational Reflex here. I don't think I have patience to take it fully apart and put it back, maybe I will be just able to take out lens, shutter and helicoid and convert it to Sony E. There is a guy from Poland on Ebay who is converting them and selling it for nice amount of $. Also there are some guys in Japan doing the same.
